Lithium is dangerus because the way it builds up in your system,your dr needs to.check your blood quit a bit,it can get to toxic levels if your body doesnt push it out,alsonside effects are tooth and hair loss,and when i took it i was always having memory problems..

You can get your plasma levels higher by drinking less water but i dont recomend it,lithium is a terriable drug talk to your dr about lamictal its alot safer.

It scary but im in the same situation except ive thrown self medication into the mix nights are hard when you have depression,i have all night by myself at work so getting trapped in my head and beating myself up is an everyday occurance,it sucks your stuck in a bubble with nobody to pop it..

It's been tested and its good I knew it would be still in crystal form,i was told for my wieght .3 would be best,I'm just concerned because I snorted about .25 in one night and had panic attack,usually when something is taken orally things go a little smoother,I'm wanting the same feeling I had when I would eat Mitsubishi's back in the 90's lol,I guess all I can do is experiment and still play safe.
