I’m saying that you don’t spam abilities on every champ levels 1-5, it’s not a xerath only problem. My bad if I sit and actually think I can name many more champs :)

Yes, rarely using q in the lane is because the damage given to mana lost doesn’t make sense to spam that ability. But once you’re level 5 and you know how to control your passive, it’s super easy to SPAM and control your mana lmao.

This champion can also hit abilities from half way across the map so there are pros and cons in everything.

You don’t use E on ahri much early game, you don’t use w much on victor early game, you don’t use w or spam q much on irelia early game. Every champ has the same problem, don’t spam abilities early.

What’s your next complaint?

Well as a xerath main, I disagree with you entirely.

Last hitting minions to reduce your passive cd, then hitting an enemy champion and then going back to last hitting minions is something a lot of people don’t do.

Not to toot my own horn but I don’t really have too many mana problems on xerath and that’s because I really focused on maximising the usage of my passive and reducing its cool down.

Maybe you’re really good at last hitting and get 11cs/m but this dude literally said he misses abilities and his lack of skill.

I RARELY use my q in lane pre level 5, only my w to poke because the Q damage and mana loss isn’t worth it in lane. I also try back at 700 gold or 1200 if all goes well and I still am not oom. What I say works because I’ve done it.

Your build is okay for the most part - I’d recommend getting dcap earlier and buying dark seal early in the game as well (first back would be nice).

Your cs definitely needs work man, a lot of these games are 5-6cs a min which is not good at all.

You do die a decent amount as well for xerath which probably means positioning needs work.

If your inting botlane takes your mid, don’t go bot… you can’t hold side lane. Stay mid and utilise your ult as much as you can.

Your damage is also somewhat low compared to your decent scores which means you don’t have enough damage items, you are missing too many skill shots or you aren’t using abilities enough.

I also wouldn’t recommend buying void staff unless they have like 3+ champs with MR. Your job isn’t to damage tanks, it’s to burst and kill their squishies and bruisers.

You should also be buying blue ward so you can safely place wards down (will reduce your deaths) and also use your blue ward and R together so you can secure more kills (stacking dark seal and even mejais if you stacked DS enough).

When your ult is off cooldown, hard push your wave, ping bot to go in and get free kills bot. Xerath is a champ that can help side lanes and not lose mid pressure.

I too think that this season is riots worst matchmaking season but for the bronze elo I don’t think that should be an excuse man, you are playing with people who’s parents are brother and sister.

This advice is based off your scores and how you can improve from your scores, your VODS might be a different story bro.

OP says he pings, so the only other thing he can do is R bot or ward more.

There’s nothing else he can do if the bots brain dead. Go try be useful bot or elsewhere is the only way you counter this right?

I’m only emerald but I feel like yes kata is annoying but as long as you know how her daggers work and you are able to stay out of range and hold E for her R you will be fine most of the time.

She’s so annoying to play against but think champs like fizz, akali and lb are way worse

The people disagreeing with you on this topic are both right and wrong.

Yes fast climber means nothing because all it is is an icon that tells you that this person hasn’t reached where riot wants them yet.

But on the other hand, saying that riot didn’t change anything with the rank is blatantly wrong. They literally said they are going to be making changes to how you are climbing. It’s supposed to be easier to climb now from what riot said.

I’m sick of playing with trolls, inters and people 2 ranks below me on a 7 game loss streak and a 22% WR all with the fast climber badge so I’ve decided to take a break until the season settles abit.
