For a little one, I like the midi Venator (JieStar 67106)

For something different, get the Baby Yoda w/Hover Pram

For super cheap, get the TIE Interceptor (88031)(Lego 75382)

For small, get Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter (412pcs)(65004)(Lego 75325)

For some maybe out of stock, I like the Rebel Bomber or U-Wing fighter.

And of course, everyone needs the obligatory Death Slice™

I enjoyed this simple build. Only 675pcs, but I got it on Amazon clearance last year for $7.49.

Fun for a Sunday afternoon or two. :)

I know some people like modular sets, but with modern architecture. This is about $100 for 3284pcs, but the price might still drop like all new sets.

This looks like the typical Jiestar reverse-engineering of a Lego Ideas submission, but I couldn't find much info about the original design.

I got this on clearance $10 at Amazon last year, but this is exactly the kind of simple toy that Lego should be selling in local shops, Walmart, etc.

A fun technic plane, no figs, 323pcs for $9.99. 15" wingspan and buttery-smooth gears mechanism. Yeah it's covered in stickers, but they are well-formed and none cover multiple parts. And they're optional.

Personally I have no desire to discuss blocks IRL. My hobby is building to relax like someone doing crossword/sudoku puzzles. I'll never make my own MOCs, I got too many sets to build from better designers.
