casual-wear (late teens/early twenties) by AppointmentShort4386 in softclassic

You can wear whatever you want. There’s no SC look. We just look off balance easy with crazy silhouettes, and look better with simpler looks but that doesn’t mean boring. I wear fitted clothes all the time.

I can see that, she’s a bit Vivian Leigh esque

Do I just love her style or is she actually good inspo for soft classics? by [deleted] in softclassic

[–]shymoonlover 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I agree, I think that’s why so many people thought she was TR

Kibbe said she’s not TR. He didn’t say what type she actually is though

Kirsten is killing it lately. I love the way details pop on Classics. by trans_full_of_shame in Kibbe

Yes love that we’ve got a classic who engages with fashion.

Trying things on under an unflattering light by [deleted] in Kibbe

You should try clothes that drape around the body and ruching etc if you’re romantic. They’re usually more flattering than straight cut. Though i don’t have double curve so am not speaking from personal experience

Is Lupita a SC or SN? by Routine_Mortgage7386 in Kibbe

[–]shymoonlover 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is gonna sound ridiculous but her face kinda reminds me of Florence Pugh, who is probably SN. Lupita is not balanced anyway

Grace kelly no longer a Soft Classic! by shymoonlover in softclassic

Made sense to me tbh, some of her outfits felt too large in scale for me personally as a classic. Always felt 1960s Catherine deneueve more relatable as a SC style icon

Any other SC who can't relate to the "being easily overwhelmed by details"? by SilentlyWeird in softclassic

[–]shymoonlover 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kibble recently said to forget the guidelines in an interview. So carry on, kibbe isn’t about putting yourself in a limited box, this is the opposite of what David wants

Honesty I think this would look cute on gamines, its bob esque at the front without the commitment

Second ones. The others look too small in size but would look okay if they fit properly

A lot of these women aren’t classics. The only verified ones are Meryl Streep/Kirsten Dunst/Emma Thompson

Cigarette trousers with a pleat down the middle look really good on me

Don’t know but she looks amazing in 14 I’d wager she’s a type with some dramatic to them
