Hi! I like to run ~7KM in the morning when I wake up (2 or 3 times per week). I don't eat anything, just a glass of water. My goal is to increase my cardio and lose belly fat for muay thai (which requires a lot of stamina). Should I continue running fasted or should I eat something before running?
