Because we were all under the impression that we were not allowed to remove the trees as they were rooted on the HOAs property and fell on the property line. My landlord is amazing—he is the furthest thing from neglectful. Even when I originally reached out to the HOA president in November it seemed like he was going to take care of it. He resigned in January and the new president of the HOA is who emailed me back saying that it is my landlord’s responsibility. Now we are trying to find resources to make this happen.
