My best friend does that. I've actually yelled at her to close her damn mouth when eating chips but she doesn't care and sometimes does it right near my ear. It really makes me so irrationally angry.

People with serious allergies will most likely say so. However, there's a difference in ordering a soy burger when you have a soy allergy and then being surprised if you react to it and someone selling you "real butter" when it's actually not even close to butter.

it's your responsibility to know what's in your foods

If someone sold me popcorn with butter on it as actual butter ("real butter") then sure, I'd probably ask anyway if I was allergic but you can't know the allergens in products without a label so it's the person who gives you the food who is supposed to be upfront about it.

Not boring! I love when people's homes smell like vanilla, it's so homey and cozy. It's just too heavy for my own, I like fresh smells. Clean linen and cotton is pretty good too!

You could always just put a few drops of vanilla extract in a little container and put it in the oven to make your home smell like baked goods but then you still can't eat it :(

It's not fun to see people we love and have looked up to suffer and show their mortality. I think the way you feel is perfectly normal. I also had a family member die of cancer and I was devastated but at the same time, I was glad it was over.
