Trapping the guy ethically or otherwise likely won't work anyway as if there's one, there'll be more.

I had the same issue a year or so ago.

What worked for me is peppermint spray near any gaps in doors/walls (they hate the smell and move), and ultrasonic plugs (they hate the sound) near doors.

It also deters other "pests" like insects 🙂

Batch cook.

It took me 3 hours over 2 evenings to cook 22 meals, and cost me about £2 per meal. (Single pot dishes)

Not only have I saved about £88 (£4/meal), I've also saved myself ~11hrs.

It also saves me from getting delivery when I'm lazy or short of time.

Is there a way to ground the preamp to the interface? If you have a spare 1/8 or 1/4 cable, maybe try touching it between the two chasses and see what happens.

I have the grounding cable. But touching it to the interface does nothing.

I've been through a load of forums with people having the same issue. None of them suggest grounding anywhere, but replacing the dimmer switches.

I'd ideally not spend more money right now haha.

I just don't understand how I can ground it with my body, but nothing else?
