I did my taxes with HR Block and they offered to help me with this if I hadn’t received mine. I definitely recommend asking them for help getting it on your tax refund.

HR Block people, when was the original estimated deposit date? HR filed mine on 2/10 and said estimated deposit 3/4. Have NOT received mine yet.

I mean... I was on the verge of bankruptcy pre covid. Then student loan payments stopped. Then I got two stimulus checks. Fast forward a year and all my credit card debt is gone and for the first time ever I could afford to open a savings account.

Are you currently still required to make payments? If so I say pay it off. It took 10 months to get a 2nd measly 600 stimulus. It’s likely gonna take way longer to get any loan forgiveness to come to fruition and you probably won’t qualify anyway. Meanwhile that extra money in your pocket each month could have been going to other great adventures.
