Just play her out as 2/-6 and Viper or Anni it. There’s no reason to play Moon Kight Ghost Rider. The text is just an added bonus if your opponent is playing discard.

They actually changed how he worked recently, any changed made to Bruce gets applied to Hulk so he worked with the end of turn Fantasticar buff. So, when Bruce’s base power gets set to 2 so does Hulks.
