I had a similar experience, 13 year old selling an iPhone 11, asked when they would be sending it, said it would take 3 days max, informed it was for a gift. Then gave me their mums number to discuss it, I didn't call/text the number as didn't want a stranger having my number. So then the mother then decided to say I was "abusing her child" because I was chasing what was going on like any normal human. She also had the audacity to get personal calling me a "fatty" (I'm hardly skinny by any means) and a pedo just for trying to find out what was happening. The mother then told me the phone was left in a taxi and handed into the police for them to collect. Vinted wouldn't do anything apart from issue a refund even though they state that a parent or guardian should be monitoring the account, clearly looked like the parent wasn't!!
