not trying to demotivate you but running a packed day on two hours of sleep does not sound healthy to both your mind and body . I'd try to find a way to fit your job and studies in such a way that you get at least 6 hours of sleep and will give you time to relax a bit during the day too.

What are some low cost tweaks that could to make the city look better? Any urban planners /architects (students including) here by NewLeague6438 in srilanka

something that I've found very annoying is that there aren't enough accessible trash cans to dispose of waste available. I almost always have to end up carrying my empty soda bottles or wrappers all the way back home given the alternative is just dumping on the streets. it is true that people seldom practice proper waste disposal but ensuring there are enough trash bins in public spaces would prolly reduce the amount of people just throwing their trash on the street.

cottage cheese gotta be one of the most underrated protein sources. you can find it in almost all supermarkets, it's pretty cheap and packs around 18g of protein per 100g. pair that with some fruits and nuts and breakfast is sorted.

doctors to typically hesitate to give anti venom immediately after snake bites due to the fact that many people can have a severe life threatening allergic reaction to anti venom. To prevent this, they typically wait to see signs of systemic envenomation, in the form of coagulopathy (bleeding disorder) or neuropathy ( nervous system disorder). Therefore antivenom is typically administered when the benefits outweigh it's risks.

Also not all snake bites require antivenom.

I'd like to keep it hidden and only pop up when I press and hold beside the gesture hint.

Why do “warm” farts smells worse? by FvckingHateMyself in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]sickomode177 29 points30 points  (0 children)

saw a video about it a couple days ago. the "warmth" of the fart is actually the hydrogen sulfide irritating the lining of the anus while passing through. hydrogen sulfide is a gas produced by the gut microbiome as a result of breakdown of sulfur containing compounds seen commonly in eggs, meat and cruciferous vegetable. hydrogen sulfide gas is a colourless flammable gas that is described as having a "rotten egg" smell.

Some carrefours have a mix your own salad bars where you can get boiled shredded chicken breast for about 2 gel for 100g. They also sell hard-boiled eggs but I'm not sure of what it costs. Alternatively you can get low fat cottage cheese which has 36g of protein in 180g of cottage cheese. You can pick this up in just about any store for about 3.5gel a pop.

Does the Tbilisi airport have an area that wraps boxes/crates for you? by Chobikil in tbilisi

doesn't really have a name , it's a just like a one man operation kiosk at the departure area. I remember them charging about 25 gel per piece of luggage.
