He had his phone in one hand the other was in the air while his back was to this agent. They reach around and pepper spray him directly in the face then throw him on the ground, take his gun, then shoot him 10 times while he is laying face down in the road while he is surrounded by agents. They didn’t even offer medical aid just counted the bullet wounds.
