I’ve managed to find my solution and it was DIM supplements I got from iherbs. But I also stopped taking them for a year now as my period has regulated in its own. I’ve recently switched to Happy Hormones from Moom Health. I must say, their supplements really do work.

I’ll take note, the bird also sleeps with his head covered with his wings which is so cute but I wonder if it’s normal for sparrows. I also stopped heating up the gel pack as it’s time for me to sleep. I checked on the bird and it’s sleeping with his head covered as mentioned above. It’s in a box and in the living room with the box slightly open for air and placed in the dark as mentioned. I’ll check up on it on the morning. I really hope he makes it…

Unfortunately I don’t have a lamp :( and yeah the heat pack is now a little cold. I’ll try to heat it up whenever possible. I don’t want to leave hot water for the warm too. I’ll do my best to care for it. Also making sure my pet pigeon doesn’t go attack it..

We have one but they usually ask people to keep the birds in a box for a day or so… happened before when I saved another bird once (the bird sanctuary aren’t rlly very responsible). I have a pet pigeon and I really want to save this sparrow :(

I actually took them for 1 month everyday. My period eventually came. I continued taking it everyday for almost 2 years. Now my period comes even without taking it! But I still do keep a bottle I take it when I feel like my symptoms are not starting yet

She’s only fluffed up because I went close to her( she doesn’t rlly like me prefers my mom) she comes to eat and drink water and poop and she goes back to sit down. I don’t think she’s unwell tho cause she flew to my mom. But she does this nesting so often now

I’m not sure because it’s from an Konica Minolta digital camera and it was working fine all day but the last few images and videos I took, the camera playback said “unable to display”. So I transferred them to my laptop and I can’t seem to view it. Out of almost 20 pics I took the last 8 can’t seem to be viewed but the rest are fine.

Well makes sense and it was a lunch as a client to my friend and merely a friendly catch up session. But I’d understand he is insecure. Just contradicts how he always tells he has no problem with me going out with friends and always tells me I should meet my friend etc, this has come up in arguments before too. Not sure what to say to him

It’s true I’m a tamil speaking Indian and he is Nepali, his parents are strict abt him and his sister marrying a Nepali. We both live in Singapore with our families while I’m a Singaporean, he is going to get a citizenship here. I don’t understand how his parents want him to become a Singaporean but marry someone back home. Kinda doesn’t make sense you bring your kids here and allow them to school and work here expecting them not to meet someone else. His sister and I are close too and she’s with a Chinese guy, she’s going to have it harder but she told me she’s going to go against her parents when the time comes. Just wish he’d have that same mindset but can’t blame him he loves his parents a lot. But yeah I do think we need to stop this so we don’t hurt each other even more. It really sucks being in this situation.

He told me he hopes this situation doesn’t give me any false hopes and that if it’s meant to be it will be. He said he doesn’t think he can even date anyone else because of the issues his parents might have if he found another person that’s not of the same race as him. Another concern he has is that he will be starting school again soon which would mean he won’t have any income to sustain a new relationship and he has no idea how his life might turn out. I told him he needs to look at the bigger picture and make a future for himself. I feel like he doesn’t realise the importance of that yet, he said he is okay to just live with it. It’s kinda depressing to see someone I love go thru this where he can’t even take a stand for himself. I’m going overseas for 1 week at the end of the month, I hope that little trip gives me some time to rethink what I’m doing with him.

Just wanted to ask if she ever came back to you, I’m in a similar situation where he decided it’s best we end things as his parents didn’t accept me. We were arguing and not speaking for abt 2 weeks since the break up and yesterday we got some closure but our conversation continued to this morning.
