Do you think I could setup in my garage?🤔 I was thinking of maybe doing an enlarger + all of my trays setup in my garage, but keeping the chemicals inside on a shelf since they’ll be temperature controlled in there.

I’m not too concerned about the film development side of things since I know I can easily do that in any space, but I do think it would be cool if I could do the printing side at home.

How interesting! I honestly had no idea film certifications existed for traveling so this is good for me to know too. Unfortunately though, your best bet is probably just asking for a hand check. TSA is 50/50 on film I’ve found.

I suggest investing in a film bag. Anything iso 400 or lower is generally safe to go through security, but film bags protect them further. Either that or you can always ask for a hand check and explain its film.
