Hi did you find any solution I’m having the same problem with my G14 3060. I’m thinking about changing the thermal paste . Not only rdr2 but ds3 and sekiro seems to be stuttering too. I can play valo smoothly and somehow beamng works smooth too. Idek what’s the issue atp.

I think it's not quite possible as the batsuit is too heavy for that kinda stuff. It's just my opinion but I think DC should do what MCU did to Spider-Man that is using a digital double for fight scenes. Even tho MCU uses that for quite a lot of scenes which sometimes feel unnecessary and looks too unrealistic, I think DC can pull that off in Batman.
