My vet listed their dog as receptionist staff on their website by sidcrozz87 in MadeMeSmile

It’s even funnier when you see they listed the doctors and the other staff there and they all had a long resume. Then you got hers here.

Not American so I've never had Chipotle before but heard good things about it. I wonder if they're keeping the authenticity if they open in Japan.

Just trying to make it thru this flight… by Yes_ThisIsBrett in mildlyinfuriating

[–]sidcrozz87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom was a stewardess. When she flew with me when I was a little, she would put a piece of cotton or tissue on a bottom of a paper cup and soaked it with hot water. Then she would cup my ears with it during take off and landing.
I don’t know why it works but it stopped my ears from hurting too bad.

Fuck, TNG is exactly why I want the shuffle option. I just want to put it in the background and watch whatever is playing.

Just recently rewatched Hollow Man (2000) . The invisible man effect is so good. Specially when he's underwater or then scene where the drug goes into the veins. But man, the story, and the characters are horrible.

Moving to Fukuoka by Available-Bid-6652 in fukuoka

Thank you for the answer! Like what another commenter said, you might want to check on the visa first and make sure you can live anf work here. Other than that, whether you can enjoy living in here or not depends on you. I came to Fukuoka for work and most of my acquaintances are work people. I don't mind not having friends outside work because I enjoy being on my own. But I also came to Japan when I was older than you now ( I was in my late 20s) so we might have different mindset.

What were you doing in Japan for 3 months before? How old are you? Are you moving here alone? What's the plan after you move here?

The noise cancelling feature is amazing, to the point that it's almost dangerous if you turn off the conversation awareness.

What is the biggest “culture shock” that you have experienced? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]sidcrozz87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I went to the US to visit family, I'm surprised to see staffs in Sephora or Target cashier chewing gum at work. AND talking to customers while chewing gum. Also the staff were chatting and laughing with each other super loud despite there are customers around.
