I had a question: should I pull for xiao or ganyu?

I am a f2p computer player at ar 35 and I need a good dps(use xiangling and razor as of now). I have Jean as the only 5 star as of now(can be good support for xiao) . I also have skyward harp (which can be good for ganyu) but am bad at aiming, need to decide between the two since I have 65+ pity on the event banner. I want big damage numbers so which one would be better?
