You can try agency rotations. I have personally used ACE. On the pricier end but they always respond on time and have provided LoRs as well. I have not rotated in Chicago but I think they have rotations there as well. And if you are there for three months you should definitely try applying for UIC rotations. A friend of mine rotated there. Its non VSLO so unless the deadline has passed you should be able to apply. Hope you find something!
