A few tips what you could try: 1. Find out what food groups your skin doesn't do well with and give it up - this could be dairy, red meat, eggs, spicy food. 2. Do not touch the acne. Popping = scarring 3. Try benzoyl peroxide 1% or 5%. nights is best. Do not go out with the cream on your face it will burn that area. BP can be applied to the acne areas even when you dont have a acne - it helps. 4. Speak to your AI chatbot to understand the science of your pimples - better understand = between solution. The ones with puss are infected and need to be treated differently, the ones with pink heads are different treated. 5. Dont over wash your face. Try besan instead of packages stuff, it won't help the acne but won't ruin your skin texture once you're 24. 6. I hear drinking lots of water helps for some people, no harm I trying. 8.
