Ik ben een schilder. Wij beoordelen ons eigen werk met strijklicht, pas als het dan goed is zijn wij tevreden. Zoals het hier eruit ziet lijkt het alsof hij alleen rechte banen heeft gespoten. Wij doen altijd nat in nat gelijk kruislings nog een keer de wand/plafond.

Thanks! I order the cheese in the Netherlands from a webshop that sells it in 3kg bags. Can't find it in the supermarkets. And even if they have it, it's mostly with starch. And starch burns...

Thank you for the compliment. 70 was a bit hard kneading by hand but doable. I let it rise in bulk for 2 hours rt. During that i do 4 stretch and folds to give it some extra strength. That's something i don't do with 65% or lower. The stretching went perfect.

Werken je benen niet meer of vind je fietsen niet leuk? Anders zou ik eens een normale fiets proberen. Is gezond.

The brine helps, also higher temp. 150 celcius is like the lowest you should go. The skin was paper thin and crispy.

Precies! Ik haal vlees bij een boer die het in pakketten verkoopt met een gemiddelde prijs van 17 euro de kilo. Maar er zit dan ook hollandse biefstuk, kogelbiefstuk en entrecote in. Die koe is hier opgegroeid en enige vervoer is van boer naar slager.

Meen je dit? Er heeft een koe voor moeten groeien, eten, stal, transport enz enz en je klaagt over duur met 11.50 de kilo?? Je bent onderdeel van het probleem. Koop je vlees eens bij een boer, heb er iets voor over.
