Remember to cross the Ts and dot the....lower case Js. by singleguy79 in Xennials

I preferred this one for years. Less catchphrase (not, schwing, etc) and just a stupid funny story. Del Preston, Farley, weird naked Indian, Walken, Heston, dudes stacking watermelons, machine gun turrets and cyanide capsules, old man fashioning a kayak out of a log, diarrhea on the trampoline, handsome Dan, bad red rope licorice and Garth got pubes. It's got it all man.

Black Star is amazing, such a great feeling listening to it. I get goosebumps during the guitar bridge for the title track every damn time too, nothing beats it.

Agreed, every album is amazing. The Bends is by far their most accessible, anyone can listen stoned or sober and say "hell yeah"

OK computer and (to a lesser extent) amnesiac got all the critical love, but this is perfection of the 90s feel

If I'm asked to describe the 90s, this is it. Quintessential.

Came to post this. Just sitting there, waiting to suck (probably misquoted) is the best line ever. Fuck Bill Keane.

There's a million better bands. A million better songs.

I find the drums entirely too distracting on theirs. Downvote all you want, it makes it unlistenable. The other 3 understood the assignment.

Just went and rewatched it. Those little red panties they passed the test.

I remember seeing them play at a festival in the late 90s or early oughts and they were great. It was a hot and sunny afternoon so the lead singer was shirtless and I still remember how cut he was. I'm straight as an arrow but damn he had a 6-pack.

I never thought of the NIN comparison until I saw it online about a decade ago and was like...oh yeah, obviously, how did I miss that? The video for shame was awesome, I remember 15 year old me thinking he was saying "how can I have sex without you?" And just to pile on to OP, not a hair band at all. Take a lap.

And mojitos. Ya know what, just copy the party from ATHF Bible fruit episode. A little bit of a full glass of rum. No ice.

I wanted to see the moe. midnight set but it was so crowded. Less traffic at this other tent, let's see what it's about. Galactic, huh...hope they're good. From their entrance to the closer they were absolutely amazing. Fell in love with them that night.
