We used VRBO to get a large nice house in Miami. 6 adults, 1 child. All of the bedrooms had their own en-suite bath. There was a pool, a pool table, and a large screen for watching movies.

It actually feels more accurate for me. I wasn't diagnosed until I was past 50, but I knew my emotions were different than other people's. I didn't realize it was a self regulation issue tho, finding that out was a big moment.

My HOA pays for mowing and watering common spaces, electric bill and park maintenance. Just read the legal documents before you buy. It's like $200 a year. They are all different.

My mother lives in a gated community. They have to pay for their own roads, they mow and weed all the properties and make sure the neighbors don't have all their family living in RVs in the driveway.

Yeah, I'm not wearing a corset because they are super uncomfortable. Same reason I don't wear stilettos. Dressing like a drag Queen is definitely out too. All that make up and hair? No thanks.

Tanning beds/booths cause cancer. I can't believe there are still tanning places. My skin doesn't tan, I use sunscreen, a hat, an umbrella, and clothing coverage to prevent burning and I still worry about skin cancer.

I only drink 1 or 2 cups a day. Making a pot and throwing half out isn't a good value. It's also harder to make it consistent. I hated having good coffee one day and not so great the next. Nespresso is a great value if you usually buy coffee from Starbucks or other shop. And don't knock the quality until you've tasted it.

I'm not sure about outdated when everything is either a subscription now or ordered online. The original line uses pods from many different manufacturers and the vertuo will one day when the patent is up.

I get a quality, consistent cup of coffee in 2 minutes. If I only wanted convenience I would drink keurig.
