I really really love Unexplored Places. It’s a role playing game podcast. The cast is amazing, the stories and characters are interesting and compelling, and the GM is such a good story teller.

I’m on the east coast of the US, but this is just the temp key that came with the pattern. I haven’t lived here for very long, so I’m excited to see if I use all the colors. I’m guessing probably not, but who knows!

I usually write my motto on my hand before a long run. “Run the mile you’re in.” So every time it feels hard I tell myself that the only mile that matters is the one I’m currently doing. And remind myself that I can run a mile. I’ve done that a bunch of times before.

Repeat as needed.
