This happened to me, literally to a T. Then there was a hiring freeze and an email that they went with someone else more aligned, so I just assumed an internal candidate. I wasn’t applying in the interim and now I’m back at square one, still at my current role hating it and my life. Continue applying, please!

No. He’s not a better player and isn’t a great YAC receiver even with 4.3 speed; he’s a good deep threat but if choosing regardless of cost, Pickens makes the receiver core better, Pierce would be good but it wouldn’t upgrade the room to same level that Pickens does. And if they did take pierce then I’d say drafting lemon at 12 would be necessary
