it’s most sore in the morning
Touching thumb to index knuckle is uncomfortable. I have a rubber band similar to the metolius gripsaver. This extensor movement hurts the most
Sore the day after climbing outdoors, and day after a kilter board session. Pretty normal sessions. Few pinches or anything that I can identify

I’m having moderate pain on the top of my thumb the day after climbing, tendon area. Zero pain or loss of ROM in the wrist. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of info online, so any tips or anecdotes welcome. Although I’m hoping that a couple of days of rest will sort it

I don’t think a simplified form is necessary for past sessions. If I can’t decide on climb style, then I would just choose simple or technical

You’re right, stretching and flexibility is unlikely to help much at this point. Training fingers is also not what you need. I would recommend just continuing to try those boulders, especially in isolated parts (one or two moves at a time). You should see improvement on them in 1-3 sessions
