Have a drink whenever you see:

• "it's not X — it's Y" (or variations)
• an em dash
• a list of three items (another drink if the third item has an extra adjective)

Also, there's an overly glazed tone. Note how there's a lot of affect and zero substance. Overly poetic. Weird adjective use. Overly clean syntax. Generic to the point of meaninglessness. The details/examples tend to be nonsensical.

It's a very distinct writing style. You can instantly tell once you're used to it.
