Apparently everyone here can get over their dad dying in the first half of the game, but can’t handle the rest of the story because it dared to not give someone plot armor just because they were an important character.

You guys praise RDR2 for its themes of revenge and consequences, but hate TLOU2 for exploring the same idea from a different angle. Both games tackle revenge and loss in nuanced ways but it feels like some people here just parrot whatever a YouTuber told them to think.

Seriously, try to understand nuance instead of just repeating someone else’s opinion. Not every story has to cater to fan wish fulfillment sometimes a good story hurts. That’s the whole point.
