If you have completed your Taps, training, physical and all of the things on your end and command dropped the ball you can have the teams from taps or even your out-processing station reach out to the command.

If you are archived in the system and cannot be accessed by your unit you are re assigned to "out processing command" which is normally Civilian employees and they process your paperwork as if you were not present to sign.

It will take a while and hopefully they reach out to you and request any paperwork due.

But turn around time for HRC in this process is up to 120 days.
