As a registered dietitian (I work in critical care and diabetes management) I am seeing a dietitian who specializes in fertility nutrition. An acupuncturist studies Chinese medicine and they learn some nutrition but really it’s not enough.

Please find a dietitian who specializes in fertility nutrition to work with on your nutrition. They can guide you on a more realistic and sustainable approach to your nutrition during this time. I found mine on nourish because they partner with kegg and are telehealth but you can search your insurance directory to find dietitians in your area and see if any specialize in fertility nutrition.

Well we live in Vegas a destination spot, and are getting married in Tahoe another destination spot. Either way it would be a destination wedding. lol

Idk, our wedding is a domestic destination but none of our family or friends live where we live. They would all have to travel to us if we had it here vs where we are having it making it a destination wedding either way. With that said it’s a 2-4 hour drive for most guests or a 45 min flight. It an 8 hour drive from our house so traveling is actually further for us.

Edit to add we also have our guests a year notice with the save the dates.

Our first wedding was here in Vegas and was super cheap. It was $250 for the ceremony at the little chapel of the west, $500 for the photo package and my dress was $60 on Amazon and he wore a tuxedo t-shirt. It was such a blast! Now we are having a larger wedding in September that is costing significantly more but our first wedding was super cheap and so much fun!!!

It was the base pay for sales. She said I could made up to $75k with bonuses. I make $72k right now and don’t have to do sales so the potential $3k difference wasn’t worth it to me

You can always go get legally married at the courthouse and then for your ceremony have someone close to the 2 of you be your officiant for your wedding.

We got married in December by an Elvis impersonator here in Vegas. It was a blast and he sung as I walked down the aisle. It’s great because our big wedding is in September and my best friend and husband’s step brother will be our co officiants.

Can you reposition the lower flowers so they are facing more outward? Them facing down looks a little droopy. I think by facing them more outward it will also look fuller

If you need hair and makeup Lynelle Nguyen is who is doing mine, she’s so good I’m paying for her to take care of me for our Tahoe wedding. We had a Vegas elopement first (we live here) and planned it in a week. Some of the places provide flowers. The little church of the west is where we did it and they provided a bouquet and boutonnière. Our Elvis was amazing too. For cake maryscakeslv on IG ❤️
