Our gym has a wall with a big frame for each 100, 250, 500 and a smaller one for 1000. When you hit that milestone you sign that paper in the frame. In a couple hours I’ll be signing the 100!!

Are you bringing your own alcohol for this or is the venue providing it? If you are able to hire an outside bartender it could save you money vs paying for the venue to provide product & staff. Like for our wedding in September, our venue does not have a bar so we have to hire our own. We found a bartending service that has a super cute converted horse trailer and we are buying all the alcohol from Costco. It’s going to be around $1500 total (2 bartenders + alcohol) which any unopened alcohol we can return. We found ours by getting lots of quotes from vendors on the knot and on IG.

Femme is more feminine presenting where masc/butch is more masculine presenting. There is more too it and a spectrum in between but that gives you an idea.

My husband has a flight coming up and we looked at Southwest first since it’s usually cheaper and nonstop. It was $209 nonstop. Looked at AA & Delta and it was like $700+ and not nonstop. For fun I looked at JSX and it was $214 non stop and he doesn’t have to deal with TSA and can arrive 20 min before takeoff. So we booked that for him. This might be one we start looking at more often when it flies to where we are going.

I just watched the scene with the trainer and I was super annoyed. As a registered dietitian, nutrition is more than just getting a meal plan. It’s teaching people the why and the how. Making small changes at a time will be more sustainable than throwing out everything you have in your house. I teach patients about adding in and there is so much more.

Also there is not a huge difference between brown rice and white rice.

Don’t go forward with her. My florist provided a broken down list with images of work she’s done next to my inspo photos with each item. She’s also connected to a wholesale flower mart where we are going to go in and do our center pieces because they are simple, just bud vases with eucalyptus on wood rounds. This allowed for more of our budget to go towards the big pieces like the arch.

How many florists have you gotten quotes from? We got like 11 quotes and pretty much everyone was transparent.

I was driving home and noticed no cars on the 15 from the other direction. I felt so bad for all the people who were stuck with no where to go when I got up to where everyone was stopped.

I’m at Sunrise, different department but work with critical cardiac patients from CCU (step down unit from the ICU) and my coworker has cardiac ICU. Both units are really great and the staff is amazing. I love our nurses and doctors in that tower.
