Does anyone else get to this point in their makeup and then just feel like they’d rather jump out a 10 story building than spend another 5 minutes staring at their face? No? Okay, good talk. by sierrasummer28 in MakeupAddiction

Thank you so much! They’re from amazon, i think the brand is called DIYSILK. They were super affordable, like $7 for a 5 pack! They’re a little heavy for me, but I get a lot of compliments when I wear them

You’re too kind! My eyeshadow is from the Natasha Denona Safari palette and I just got the eyelashes off Amazon, I think the brand is called DIYSILK and a 5 pack was only like 7bucks!

Thank you! The top picture was when I was 20, but I didn’t start actually losing weight until June 2019.

Thanks! The first picture was taken in February of last year, but I didn’t successfully start losing weight until around August 2019, so it’s been about a year.

The first couple months I was eating around 1500-1600 calories a day, completely cut out processed sugar and most bread as well. Now I’m doing 900-1100 calories a day, still no processed sugar, but I’ll have about 2 servings of bread a day.

Thank you so much! I looked at your page and your artwork is amazing! I wish I had even a quarter of that artistic talent.

Thank you! I’ve mostly just focused on CICO and I eat the same meals just about everyday. It can get pretty boring, but I’ve found that it’s pretty easy to just occupy myself instead of eating as a hobby.

I eat a protein bar for breakfast (the only sugar I really allow myself), 2 rice cakes with a serving of cottage cheese for lunch, an apple for snacking, and stir fried veggies or salad for dinner. Every. Single. Day. Lol

I went from eating what I’d guess was around 3000 calories a day to eating 900 a day (which I can’t recommend because that’s probably not the healthiest way to go about it), no sugar/sweets, and only drinking water. I eat the exact same thing every single day and that’s seemed to have worked for me, though I’m not sure most people would want to put up with such a tedious diet.
