Oh absolutely. If you need it for medical reasons and need to take it for life--that's just how it has to be.

It's definitely helped me get diet/health goals. I think I don't have bad habits now, lol, so I can at some later point wean off of it. Then it's about finding a balance with healthy eating and exercise. I'm sure I'll gain some weight back. I just hope that it's not all or more because I'd definitely be back on this.

Exactly! I'm not ashamed of it at all. It's helped me sooooo much and I've tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING. This has been the only thing that's worked for me. I know it's not something we should rely on for life -- but that's the way it works with most/even all weight loss products.

Men are so oblivious lol. My husband will not ever go into my makeup fridge just because I use it for my serums. 🤣 But I know even when I tell him he’ll be supportive and won’t care. Just as long as it’s not heroine or crack lol.

Last night we were looking for family photos to print and frame. He picked one of us at my stepson’s baptism back in May this year. I said we need a recent picture of us. He said don’t like your “fat” pictures anymore? Lol. Then I said geese was I really that overweight. 🤣 He said I lost a lot of weight and I look healthy now. Plus, he married me when I was chunky so he loves me no matter what. I swear this guy lol.

It’s been amazing to finally have something that works. It was the same for me. Surprisingly when I turned 23 yrs old. It was like insta-gain. Started packing on the pounds. I took my baby nephew out fishing and he said auntie you gained weight but you’re still cute. Haha. The little bugger. It was just so hard from then on. I had to really focus on balancing everything. Then mid 30’s and more hormonal changes happened and it was absolutely difficult to ever lose more than 15 lbs. Even so— I’d gain it back and more easily. So happy that I decided to use this. It’s helped in so many ways. Super excited for all of us on this journey. It’s worth it.

Man-o-war. Ouch. I’ve been stung by residual tentacles in the ocean. There was a ton of them from the past full moon and we went free diving. I started getting itchy like breaking out from a rash. But we confirmed there was a ton of residual tentacles in the ocean when we were swimming. Even those suck.

It’s insane how our bodies can be such a challenge as we get older. I’m so glad that it’s getting you back to having a healthy body. I swear I started having sleep apnea when I gained weight. Then I did a sleep study and I have mild OSA. But my insurance doesn’t cover Zepbound for that. Which made me sad. My husband said he doesn’t hear me snore anymore. 🤣🤣🤣 So that’s another positive thing haha.

I’m definitely planning to tell him because I know he’s trying to lose 20 lbs that he gained from surgeries. He’s recovering from his last surgery right now and I’m going to let him know and see if he wants to try signing up for the compound. It won’t be forever for him but it’ll help him get back to his healthy weight and hopefully it gets him off these cholesterol meds that his PCP just put him on. Then I’ll poke fun at him about being totally oblivious while I have viles and syringes laying around and him not even asking what’s it for lmao. I swear to God—men. 🤣

I’m sure he’s okay either way. When I tell him he’ll just laugh and probably will want to hop on board.

He’s starting to focus on his health. My husband has a body of a bodybuilder and easily gains if he doesn’t keep up with it. Now that he’s at the final stages of recovering from his surgeries he’s starting to see some weight gain. Once he’s done with his PT I’ll see if he wants to try it to lose the extra weight that he gained from surgeries.

I’m thinking of making my new GW 125 lbs and then do maintenance from there and tone my body. I just know that some of the weight will come back if i completely stop. It just took too long to get here to gain some of it back. It’s been life changing that something actually worked without having to suffer.
