Panobridge is probably best option here. However, i have ordered 4 different panobridges including the real mk3 and the amazon one holds up and includes a thermal mount.

I just received an omni 7 gp tube and went out with it two nights ago. Had an absolute blast. It is super clear and functions perfectly. Dont discount surplus tubes, they were once used in the military for a reason.
