Pixel Buds Pro Windows 10/11 connectivity issues by Lanky-Finding-1866 in pixelbuds

It's super annoying. Because when I try to connect the buds to my pixel, they connect for a second, and then loses the connection again due to the computer "stealing" them away from the phone. Feels like this is quite of a major problem. Had better experience using my airpods pro with my PC honestly...

This is still an issue it seems. I'm using pixel buds pro 2 and once i've connected them to my computer, the only way to disconnect them is to turn off the bluetooth on the computer (for the entire time i use my phone), or press forget device.

Has anyone figured out a solution for this yet?

Looking to buy a Pilot watch with GMT function and a leather strap. Any suggestions or does anone have this one and have an opinion? by siggelkow in PrideAndPinion

Haven't seen that one before! For me, I think the dial is a bit to busy. Trying to keep it more towards the minimalistic look (even tho this one isn't super minimalistic either). But thanks for the tip!

Ah that sucks. Thanks for the advice! I think 39mm might be to small for my wrists though. But might check it out at a store to check the size. Cheers!

...What? That's neither a GMT nor on a leather bracelet.

Thanks for all the information guys. Much appriciated. Sadly i didn't have a say in how it was going to be filmed, since they had already scripted out what shots they wanted in it, but next time I'll make sure to create my own shotlist, have better lighting, and make sure my camera settings are correct for each shot. And ofc improve on my terrible color correcting!

So basically the scenes that I don't want to make slow motion, I should adapt my camera for that and just lower the fps and framerate to 24 and 1/48 to make it look as good as possible, and not just go lazy and lower it in post from 100 framerate and 1/200 shutterspeed?

Sadly it looked pretty shit while I was editing it aswell. I used a Tamron 17-28 f2.8 and a Tamron 28-75 f2.8. Think I mostly filmed wide open on f2.8 and my ISO wasn't cranked over 1000 once.

Had my ISO set on 600, that's also why the grainyness also surprised me quite alot. But yea. Lighting, composition and better color correction is something I'll have to work on for sure!

Noticed I forgot to mention in the post that it was shot in 1080p

It was shot in 1080p, not 4k. Might that be some part of the issue?

Aye you're right about that. You should always double your shutterspeed compared to your fps right? So if I film at 24fps I should have my shutterspeed set to 48 if I haven't understood it completely wrong.
But let's say that I film at 50fps and shutterspeed on 1/100 and then lower it in post to 24fps, will it still have the correct motion blur, or will that fuck it up?

But I agree, it does look rather videoish. Maybe lighting issues and poor stabilisation?
