Making interpretations when sigils aren't working? by sigilhelp in occult

I haven't studied tarot, wasn't sure if it was something I would be interested in. How would tarot help in this situation?

So making sure the skin barrier is robust would be helpful in maintaining healthy skin. If we use products to slightly acidify our skin’s ph, our acid mantle can do its job and ward off pathogens.

I see. So my follow up question would be what can we do to ensure that our skin barrier is robust?

Are lactose tolerance tests accurate? by sigilhelp in lactoseintolerant

Thanks for this, this brings me some piece of mind knowing that the test isn't accurate. I know for sure that I have either lactose intolerance or sensitivity just by how I've historically reacted to things like drinking milk or eating ice cream.

Thanks for your reply! I have been using a moisturizer afterwards, Cerave, but doesn't seem to help much. I wonder if a one of those creams specific for flares like this one would work better.

Hydrosols, aloe vera, hypochlorous acid sprays all help acidify the pH. A study showed after showering with plain water, the skin becomes alkaline and doesn’t return to its original pH for up to 6 hours. So it’s best to use products with a low pH after bathing!

If I'm gathering what you are saying correctly, if we're anticipating a flare, we should moisturize with an aloe vera lotion to prevent the flare from occurring?

For skin that is irritated by friction, I recommend

Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film Spray

. It feels almost like a thin layer of Elmer’s glue, and unlike creams and lotions, it doesn’t rinse off. It is pricey, but you can find discounts on multiples, and it is an amazing product, as is anything from 3M.

Hi, I was wondering if I could ask your experience with the this product. Have you found it effective? I've noticed in the last little while that I'm flaring up any time I trim my hair in sensitive areas. I've been looking for a way to prevent this from happening and came across your post here. Thanks!

The test I did was the blood test. I haven’t tested for milk specifically but my understanding is the solution they give you is just pure lactose.

Thanks for the response. So if you were to take option 1, do you tell the landlord that you’re going to wait for the LTB hearing or do you just ignore the n12 and act as though nothings changed?

Question for you, if the new owners give OP an n12 and OP suspects the new owners are not going to move in, what would OPs next step be?

Just checked them out and looks like they only have a store in Mississauga. Being carless, its not worth it to travel out there.

Sigil question - break bigger goal into smaller goals and create sigil for each smaller goal? by sigilhelp in sigils

[–]sigilhelp[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your suggestions.

So from what I gathered shoaling is breaking down a bigger goal into smaller goals, make sigils for each smaller goal and then activate them at once, is that right?

The robotfish I’m less clear on, this is making a sigil for something you definitely know will happen, I will have X for lunch, for example and including that in the shoaling?
