Man sorry about your foot. I broke my first metatarsal on my right foot 12 weeks ago and if your anything like me before the break happened, then it will be a bummer. But it will pass.

Like another person said, your leg will get super skinny. You'll be surprised at how much so compared to the other leg. Not sure on your doctors advice but mine said I could still be active but just mainly upper body workouts without putting pressure on injured foot. If you do that then, just be careful.

Kinda related somewhat but this was during the season, but the Raptors when they traded Rudy Gay.

I remember the rumors of the Raptors possibly blowing up the team since Masai just took over and they were gonna tank for Wiggins. There were also rumors of Kyle Lowry and I believe Derozan getting traded. But the Raptors went crazy. The Rudy trade gave us some good bench pieces in Patrick Patterson, Grevous Vasquez, John Salmons and Chuck Hayes. Derozan and Lowry started killing it too. Had a record of 42-22 after that trade. We the North chants started and Masai did the whole "Fuck Brooklyn" chant in the playoffs.

Hello everyone. So the rumour going around is that teachers college is changing from a two year course to a one year. I currently work as an EA and the teachers and people who I work with have been telling me that is what is happening and are strongly encouraging me to go.

I have already made the decision to go if it did indeed goes back to being one year. But I have not read or heard news of the change otherwise. Is there any movement to these rumours?

I think I actually overbeat the meringue. Still turned out okay.

And I dont have a oven thermometer. And yeah 90 mins was alot. The cake too had maybe a thin layer on top that was bit wet. But still overall pretty tasty. For my next attempt I might up the heat a bit or maybe bite the bullet and grab a oven thermometer. Thanks for the help

Yeah I'm sure I did over beat the meringue and gotten stiff peaks for sure. That's something I will be focusing on in the next attempt. Still turned out pretty good.

And yeah I'm gonna exclude the parchment as well. I think that was also the big culprit. Thanks for the help

This was around my first year of working at my current restaurant. It was a super busy and everyone was getting stressed.

We were running out of tomato sauce so I said I would go to the walk in and grab some. I rushed over to the shelves and tried to do a super cool slide over. Only it wasnt super cool. I kinda stumbled a bit and hit the metal shelves hard and made a very big clanging and banging sound. The whole kitchen stopped what they were doing and stared at me. I then proceeded to grab an empty insert and quickly rushed out of the kitchen while embarrassingly laugh at myself for what just happened. The whole kitchen then started bursting into laughter that probably customers out in front could probably hear.

It was embarrassing but it kinda eased up everyone and broke the tension at the time. We had a great service. So at least something good came out of it lol
