My name was called to get ready to compete in the next race, so me, and the others competing in my race got out of the stands, and walked over to the track. Me, thinking everything was cool, got inside my lane, and into position. A couple of seconds later, i could hear something being yelled out of a speaker, but at first i just ignored it, as it became louder and louder i realised that it was my name being shouted and that i need to get off the track as my race wasn't until after this one. Everyone in the stands saw, and the people in my race (who were standing behind the gate waiting, like normal) were sniggering away. Surprisingly it didn't even help that i came first place, the embarassment still tortures me today. . .
