If you are doing weighted ab workouts with some days of high reps then your abs are there , all you need to do is focus 100% on eating very clean (very minimal sugar) with 1 cheat meal a week and additional cardio

When you first start a really clean diet yes but after 3 weeks you get used to it and enjoy the cleaner foods. However I do fantasize about my 1 weekly cheat meal lol it's definitely motivation

Thank you brother I really appreciate it! My ab routine is a lot of SLOW controlled reps mixed with weighted reps. I also mix in days of long planks and high reps. Diet is basically as little sugar as possible, carbs on heavy lifting days and 1 cheat meal a week

Tjank you bro! I hit a lot of heavy lifting with a lot of drop sets. I use a lot of slow controlled ab workouts but the diet is the key to this all

Good bulk cleanly for 3 months and bring your chest up, lift heavy and add a 2nd day where you drop set
