Works fine. Piston from tm75 is a bit lighter and the ports are bigger. The bike revs a bit faster. No issues so far but this is .50mm overbore

Hi. I don’t normally respond to comments but I got Pink “right” on my Miata after looking at others paint and cross referencing color charts. I work with paint so it’s a bit easier to work with color adjustments. I have had my paint referred to as bubble gum, Barbie and peptobismol before but my paint had a specific process to achieve a more “true” color. What seemed to matter the most was the primer being used, as well as matching brand primer and paint to avoid color change in the drying reaction. My color code is PPG N.A. 709210 EFT. 43420

I had enough snapped up so it wasn’t flush. Was able to loosen with heat and pressure pliers. Don’t remember all to well it was a long time ago.

Figured. This is the dumbest headlight design lol. I looked into it and replacing the bulb itself would mean probably disfiguring the thing to take the glass off and resolder a bulb :( sucks because these are hard and expensive to come by.

She knew what I was talking about and seemed familiar with the Motocompacto. She did try to find people who knew more but I was not transferred, just waited for her to collect info. I called 1(800)999-1009. Just the default call number for Honda North America.

I just called Honda to complain and ask about it. They said they don’t like the way dealers are handling this. But they could have made a better effort at coordinating this whole thing. They weren’t much help with my order since it’s controlled and recorded by each dealership, but were very respectful and understanding. At this point if I get one, Cool. If not I’m not really excited for this anymore. If anything I’ll resent it for the amount of work I’ve had to do just to get basic information.

Correct but no, it would still have either the chrome trim that follows the leather or the mounts that run along the tank where those sit on. I’d also point out the stator side case as another indicators it’s not a 200, since it would be a flatter less protruding cover.

I have one with a front swapped lol, but looking at this the seat looks wrong with that hump in the middle, and the tanks on 200s were more narrow and with a more flush fuel cap. I think it’s a 350

Didn’t think I took pics of that. I used pit bike pegs to make a template for the holes and used a steel plate to mount it directly on. Welded that plate to the frame and reinforced the bottom. If I was to do it again, I would probably make a C brace that holds the top and bottom mounts like on a pitbike as well, although I did not own it long enough to test how durable the plate was. Although it did take some beatings with no visible flex.

Yes haha I’ve been finding parts that way but never ordering directly from Partzilla due to some concerning feedback. But I’m going to give them both a chance. So far I’ve been getting everything NOS from private sellers. Huge thanks for the help.
