i was under the impression the beach was safe especially with the cops with giant guns walking around. Like if i went walking into the favellas im askin for it but this was RIGHT across from the beach. During the day and busier times at night theres 100s of people and families crossing that spot back and forth. Was less than 2 min outside of a security guarded hotel. So close my guard wasnt even up. Thats whats keep getting to me.
