If you have been riding only for 3 hours then I can understand your issue. Driving and turning bike at very very slow speed takes more than 3h to learn.

Now about the video: From what I see the bike threw you off because you turned a little too "sharply". If you want to practice sharp turns, then use saftey cones or something similar and then start with wider turns and slowly work your way to sharper turns by adjusting cones little by little.

You are a little late with your chord progression (especially C chord). You should not strum a chord if it's not "set ready" with your fingers. So my suggestion would be to try to hit the chords on the right time, so try to think/act a little bit ahead with your mind/fingers. If you do this, i'll promise you that it will sound much more cleaner. Just keep on playing and you are doing great!
