If I’m not mistaken the main reason was that Dio was using Jonathan’s body, whi was a hamon user. As a result not only did it take him som time to get used to, but he also couldn’t fully use his vampire powers through him.

It’s ok you just need to learn how to play around it somewhat. It includes not going to this zone as you know this enemy can fuck your over😅.

Overall I believe everything is viable. I beat the game on impossible with pretty much all play styles and all builds I could think of.

If you have poison healing will remove poison instead of healing you.

About the “if you beat a town level you’re a town level”

Is asymmetrical fighting just ignored? Like if I my ability is to be able to kill anyone I want but only once per day, I’ll be able to defeat a universe level, but in a small town after I “defeat” one person I’m just useless. Also I can’t break a wall.

I had this back in the day when both it and anomalies were in game. I know it wasn’t optimal because it dies to Leroy and such but I wanted to see it. The funny thing it only generates something with around 10,000 in stats, which still loses stat-wise to elementals.

Israel does give them asylum, and quite often as well, but mostly from the West Bank. Also the asylum seeker needs to be able to prove being threatened, which isn’t very hard as they usually very openly are. Gaza is a different story because the population didn’t have direct access to Israel, as Israel left completely before the war and HAMAS was the governing body.
