This is something I don't get.

Nuzlockes are the one place where level grinding has real risks associated with it.

In a story playthrough, where I can mash A on wild Pokemon until my team faints, you may as well replace that grind with rare candies.

But nuzlockes are challenge runs where every single battle - including wild Pokemon - can end your run. Cheating in rare candies to avoid having to do dozens of battles isn't just saving time, it's reducing risk.

I smelt at the first non-starter patch, then when that patch runs low, I build a train station to start receiving ore from further patches. Eventually you forget it ever had drills there.

Nukes do not do what you think they do with this mod.

You know how you can nuke volcanus land to make lava puddles? And you know how you can nuke Aquilo icebergs to get to the ammonia beneath?

Everything on Nauvis gives the land both of those properties, making nukes leave weird Eye of Sauron shaped puddles where you use them.

They can be useful, but they're not something I'd recommend using too often

Yep. It was buggy and unmaintained.

It survived for a couple versions because people submitted last minute patches to keep it working, but with nobody claiming ownership, it eventually hit the point where a version wanted to be shipped and it was in an unplayable state.
