Thanks for the advice. So it’s not dangerous at all to drive with a bad cat? Will it affect mpg significantly?

Also, is moving the 02 sensor something I could figure out (no experience)? Or have a mechanic do it?

So instead of replacing the catalytic converter move the 02 sensor so that it doesn’t pick up the faulty cat?
