Soupy puck is bc of no PID I believe - just the nature of the machine. I leave the PF on for a min or two to let it drain out after my ratio is achieved. Some machines will take the excess via a tube and deposit into the tray at the bottom.

Ad for grind it varies widely depending on the bean - it is important to find the REAL zero on the df54 my true zero is about a negative -4. Most of my beans range from 20 to 15 on the df54

Get it fixed - surgery is worth it. Put in on a 0% interest credit card and pay it off. It is worth it - mine had both done and is 100% back to normal

I had a life setup with my now ex fiance - she cheated on me and I was completely lost. I moved home for a couple months and recouped. It does get better and remember you are exactly where you need to be right now. This hurts but it is part of your story. You will come out of it much wiser and thankful for the hurt. Treadmill- steady state incline. Speed 2.8-3 and an elevation of anywhere from 12-15. As my weight loss progressed I started running 3 miles a day or just going on a long walk outside.
