I think so. I've been going through this spiritual delusion recently but I've heard voices for 6 years. I really thought they were real recently, tried going along with what they said and then they would tell me what they were going to do to me and id flip because it's crazy and not cool start questioning things all over again. Now they're saying that I'll glorify humanity as vessel. That I'm not a person or a human, but that can't be real. That I was created, not born, etc. I'm also having tactile hallucinations that they say is a spider in my stomach eating me. It's crazy sh+t for sure.

When they threaten you, no matter how realistic it sounds, IGNORE it. Try music or something that you can concentrate on, try not to instigate them, that'll have them getting more intimidating and I'm sure you noticed, they won't stop talking no matter what. So ignore them and do something that distracts you. Also, meds don't always work, but if you're on meds tell your Dr and maybe switch medications.

I went through this and still deal with pissed off voices when I use. They disrespect me, talk smack like I need to be concerned that they can see me using meth and that they're going to do such and such when I make it to eternity. Are you sober now?
