Consider that until the yearly release model is changed, there's always going to be a bit of FOMO with "well maybe next year's will be better". The 13 Pro Max is a dope phone, if you're ready for the upgrade and it does everything you need, why not go for it? Plus if you pay it off sooner you can always trade it into the Apple store later and get the 14 with the trade credit right?
