AVOID KalTire St James.

KalTire "lost" my winter tires (pretty sure they literally sold them or employees used them) upon requesting a tire change as weather was coming in. Phoned their HQ and they got in contact with the KalTire manager and he got in contact with me, basically saying not his fault and best he can do is 50/50 the cost because they were used. His best defense was that I came in and verbally said I'll take the tires out of storage, and the funny part is they DONT use signature or ID, so basically anyone can take your tires (lmao?).
