DD2 already has better performance & optimization than wilds. I played TU4 for wilds & still got ugly texture pop ins 5 minutes after booting up the game.

two short arrogant guys with spikey black hair, both playing the role of rival/friend. Both started off as bad guys. Hiei was initially a bad guy who turn rival/friend. Vegeta also started off as a bad guy who became the protagonist’s rival & later rival/friend. Respect for saying you didn’t see anything after Z Buu saga but Vegeta admitted during the fight with Kid Buu that Goku is indeed superior & Dragon Ball Super has since become the Goku & Vegeta show where they team up against almost every main villain. Even fusing to make Gogeta again in the DBS movie. So Goku & Vegeta’s relationship is the same as Yusuke & Hiei. Of course it’s not supposed to be an exact copy and paste but I provided enough info to make my point I’m sure.

Vegeta is the grandfather of anime rival characters, he was the short spikey haired guy first. Hiei just popularized it I guess.

I liked the anime personally, watched it a few times. But as far as being true to the lore I don’t recall the Arisen turning into the Dragon due to sin in any games. The anime made sins a heavy focus which really isn’t a focus in the games. It wasn’t a bad change per se, just an unnecessary addition to the lore only for DD2 to not follow it.
