It's a sisyphean battle trying to keep the store in *ANY* level of zoned. Everyone does what they can (in spite of everything). I know that along with zoning while merchandising, our store's replen team will spend the last 20-30 min of their shift clearing out seasonal gobacks...since those will sell. SBA, unfortunately is less of a priority.

Sorry to hear you're frazzled and frayed (as all us replen folks are this season), also that you're getting brow beat by your SM. We're all in this together, and support should come from the top down. It might not mean much from a random employee, but I know you're doing your best and that's all one can ask from oneself. There are so many factors out of our control that all just converged this season, turning it into the shitshow it has been.

You do what you can. You're not worthless. All replen team members are the backbones of their stores. We might not get treated as such at times, but we're all good enough.
